Accountabilities
• Define and communicate the organization's long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Partner closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support enterprise pursuits, technical discovery sessions, and executive-level customer engagements.
• Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function to deliver consistent, scalable, and customer-focused technical solution designs.
• Develop and evolve market-ready service offerings related to AI-assisted delivery, platform engineering, modernization, and digital product transformation.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices across technical teams, focusing on measurable business outcomes and engineering productivity.
• Establish standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for secure, responsible, and scalable use of AI technologies within engineering operations.
• Provide strategic architectural guidance and modernization leadership across complex client engagements and enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to strengthen technical positioning, solution messaging, and market differentiation.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and modern software engineering, translating innovation into practical customer value.
• Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster the development of future technical leadership across the organization.
Requirements
• Extensive senior technology leadership experience in roles such as CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent executive positions.
• Strong background within product engineering consulting, digital transformation, or software services organizations.
• Proven success supporting enterprise sales cycles and shaping complex technical solutions that drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, and product development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development tools and engineering workflows.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle optimization, engineering quality practices, and modernization strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading distributed or nearshore engineering teams is highly desirable.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced and evolving environments.
