Neurotone is revolutionizing auditory training with AI, helping people with hearing disabilities maximize their hearing aids. We’re a small, fast-moving team of technologists and industry veterans building clinically grounded products that improve lives. Role: Product Manager (Mobile-First App) We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our mobile application experience end-to-end. You will work closely with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders to turn user needs into shipped features. Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap for our mobile app (iOS-first, cross-platform) • Define and prioritize features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical constraints • Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, QA, and support to deliver high-quality releases • Use product metrics and user behavior to guide iteration • Represent the voice of the user, with empathy for people with hearing challenges Requirements: • Experience as a Product Manager on a mobile app • Strong communication and organization skills • Comfortable working with engineers on technical topics (APIs, data models, tradeoffs) • Experience shipping in small, iterative teams • Interest in accessibility, health tech, or assistive technology is a plus Time zone: Candidates must be in time zones no further west than EST; Western Europe is fine.
