Role Overview
We are seeking an
entry-level Automation & AI Application Developer
to support the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows and productivity tools. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about automation, AI copilots, and low-code platforms—and who enjoys turning defined business needs into practical, automated solutions under the guidance of more senior practitioners.
You will work with modern automation and AI tooling (such as Copilot Studio, n8n, or similar platforms) while learning best practices for workflow design, conversational agents, and responsible AI use.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
AI-enabled automation workflows
using platforms such as Copilot Studio, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
Assist with the configuration of
triggers, actions, and conversational flows
for internal or customer-facing use cases
Integrate workflows with
APIs, data sources, and business systems
using provided patterns and documentation
Translate clearly defined business requirements into automation logic and workflow steps
Test workflows and agent interactions to ensure reliability and expected behavior
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of existing automations
Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities
Document workflows, logic flows, and usage guidelines to support maintainability
Learn and apply best practices for responsible AI usage, security, and governance
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience
in automation, software development, IT, or a related technical field
Hands-on experience (professional, academic, or project-based) with at least one:
Copilot Studio
n8n
Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar automation platform
General familiarity with
LLMs and prompt-based interactions
Basic understanding of
APIs, JSON, and data flow concepts
Comfortable learning technical tools and working within defined frameworks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Exposure to conversational agents, chatbots, or copilots
Introductory knowledge of:
JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript
Event-based or workflow-driven systems
Familiarity with authentication concepts (API keys, OAuth – at a basic level)
Interest in AI governance, compliance, or enterprise automation practices
