3. Job Listings
For Job Seekers
- Job listings are provided for informational purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing
- We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers
- Apply directly to employers — we are not party to the employment relationship
For Employers / Advertisers
- Job postings must be genuine, current open positions
- Listings must not be discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent
- You must have authority to post on behalf of your company
- All advertised roles must be fully remote (not hybrid or office-optional)
- We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our discretion
- Listing fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to publish your listing
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Scrape or harvest data from our Service without prior written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use our Service for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent any technical measures we implement
- Post personal data of others without consent
- Use automated tools to submit applications or contact employers at scale
5. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (job listings, talent profiles, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on our Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The Remote Vibe Coding Jobs name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Job listing data scraped from third-party sources remains the property of those sources.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service contains links to third-party websites and employer application portals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or current. We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Vibe Coding Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or earnings.
10. Payments and Refunds
Job posting fees are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable unless we are unable to publish your listing. In case of technical issues on our end preventing publication, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date.
