Job Description:
Lead Acumatica's next phase of transformation in the AI era Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across AI-enabled product innovation and engineering productivity Partner with platform, AI/ML, product, and application engineering leaders to accelerate AI adoption Shape how Acumatica builds and delivers software in the AI era Drive adoption of AI across products and workflows Define and scale AI-powered product capabilities Guide application teams in using AI building blocks, orchestration infrastructure, and platform services Influence application architecture, design patterns, and engineering practices for scalable AI adoption Identify and deliver high-impact customer AI scenarios Transform the engineering lifecycle through AI-assisted development practices Identify opportunities to improve productivity, engineering quality, and delivery efficiency using AI Drive modern engineering practices across business analysis, development, and QA teams Evolve how software is designed, built, tested, and maintained at scale Define and influence long-term AI and engineering transformation strategy Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive movements Align technical strategy with customer and business priorities Provide hands-on technical guidance, architectural leadership, and mentorship Align stakeholders, build consensus, and drive execution across organizational boundaries Represent Acumatica externally with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events and conferencesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field 15+ years of software engineering experience Significant experience leading large-scale technical initiatives in SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software environments Proven experience delivering and productizing AI/ML capabilities in enterprise applications Strong enterprise application architecture experience Experience driving engineering transformation initiatives, including modern software development practices and AI-assisted engineering workflows Demonstrated ability to influence across organizations, align senior stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives without direct authority Deep technical credibility with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working in fast-moving product organizations is a plus Experience with partnerships, acquisitions, or ecosystem strategy in the AI/ML space is a plusBenefits:
