About the Role

Strictly W2 only No C2CJob Title: AI Native Software EngineerLocation: Remote ( must travel to Dallas, as and when needed. Company will bear the expenses)Duration: 12 Months ContractWork Type: RemoteEligibility: US Citizens and Green card holders only • 🤖 Key Responsibilities AI Agent Engineering Design and implement AI agents (RAG, orchestration workflows, tool/function invocation, policy-based routing) Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, and reliability Implement observability and lifecycle monitoring AI Platform Integration Integrate with AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, and open-source models Develop abstraction layers for multi-model/multi-provider systems Optimize performance, cost, and latency Cloud-Native Development Build scalable systems using microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) Ensure production readiness, fault tolerance, and monitoring Application Development Develop AI-powered applications aligned with business workflows Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs and platforms Build backend services supporting agent workflows Testing & Performance Define test strategies for AI systems Measure and optimize latency, throughput, accuracy, and cost Troubleshoot and enhance production systems • ✅ Required Skills & Experience 8–10+ years of software engineering experience Strong expertise in cloud-native development (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless) Hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems (agents, RAG, orchestration) in production Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar backend technologies Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability tools Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.) • ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) Exposure to multi-agent or distributed AI systems Enterprise system integration experience Optimization of AI workloads for cost and performance • ✈️ Travel Requirement (Mandatory) Up to 75% domestic travel (expenses covered) Work model: On-site collaboration for 1–2 weeks, followed by remote work cycles Travel across different U.S. locations to collaborate with distributed teams Must be comfortable working with teams aligned to Texas (Dallas) time zone • 💡 What We're Looking For 100% hands-on engineer (no people management) Ability to deliver production-quality systems Strong collaboration and implementation-focused mindset
