Hello, We have 5 urgent openings for "Enterprise AI Workflow Engineer". These are remote roles. Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors Location: Newark, NJ/Remote - This is 80% remote role; you need to be 2 days onsite a month Duration: 12+ months What We are Looking For We are seeking a hands-on AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions — not just prototype them. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on software development experience with Python (or another AI-focused programming language).Practical experience building AI applications using LLMs, including prompt orchestration and model integration.Foundational understanding of modern AI architectures and patterns, including:o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)o Model Context Protocol (MCP)o Autonomous/Agentic AI systemsExperience building AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.Ability to integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) within enterprise applications.Experience engineering production-ready AI solutions using APIs, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.Comfortable collaborating across business, architecture, and data teams to translate business processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Ideal Candidate You are a builder first. You write code, understand modern GenAI architecture, and can engineer enterprise AI solutions from concept through implementation—not simply consume AI tools or write prompts.
