GenAI Lead/Lead AI Engineer/Senior GenAI Engineer-REMOTE-W2

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead to drive the design and development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on AI professional with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design and develop intelligent multi-agent and multi-step AI workflows. Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and advanced document retrieval techniques. Create effective prompt templates, system instructions, and AI guardrails to ensure reliable model behavior. Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and internal services. Optimize AI applications for performance, latency, response quality, and token efficiency. Develop automated evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality metrics for LLM applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions. Required Skills 12+ years of overall software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) and embeddings. Solid expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture, and hallucination mitigation. Experience developing AI agents and orchestration workflows. Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise AI deployments.
