Freelance Full-Stack Developer - Next.js & Laravel/Vue (AI-Assisted Workflow)

About the role We're an established development studio looking to build a bench of reliable freelance developers we can bring in on a project-by-project basis. This is ongoing, repeat-engagement work for the right person — but to be upfront, hours are not guaranteed. We reach out as projects come in, and we're looking for people who are comfortable with that rhythm and who deliver well enough that we keep coming back. You'd be working across two main stacks: Next.js (TypeScript, Tailwind) — client-facing apps and admin portalsLaravel + Vue + Inertia — full-stack application workWhat we're looking for Solid, demonstrable experience shipping production apps in both stacks (or clear depth in one and real working competence in the other)Fluency using AI tools to accelerate development — we work with assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar in our day-to-day, and we want someone who knows how to get real leverage out of them without letting quality slipStrong fundamentals: clean, maintainable code, sensible architecture, and the judgment to know when AI output needs correctingReliable communication and the ability to work independently against a specComfort scoping and estimating discrete pieces of workHow it works Engagements are defined per project, with clear scope and deliverablesWork is remote and flexible, structured around project milestones rather than fixed hoursStrong performers become go-to people we return to as new work comes inNo minimum commitment on either side — this is genuinely project-by-projectTo apply Send a short intro, links to relevant work (GitHub, live projects, or portfolio), and a line or two about how you use AI in your development process.
