We are looking for a Web & AI Developer to join our team and help us leverage technology to improve and automate how we work.

About the Role
In this role, you will help improve our website, build AI tools, automate repetitive processes, and develop internal software solutions.
You will work closely with management to understand business needs and turn ideas and problems into practical technology solutions.
This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who can work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Redesign, develop, and maintain our company website.
Build and implement AI-powered tools and solutions.
Identify and automate repetitive manual processes.
Develop internal tools, dashboards, and software solutions.
Connect our existing software systems.
Research and recommend new technologies that can improve the business.
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Work with management to understand business problems and create technology solutions.
Test, document, maintain, and improve the systems and tools you build.
Stay up to date with developments in AI, automation, web development, and software technology.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software development, web development, automation, or a related field.
Experience with both front-end and back-end development.
Experience working with databases and software integrations.
Experience building automations and workflow solutions.
Experience using AI tools or AI development platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently research and learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
AI assistants, AI agents, or AI-powered applications.
Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
CRM, accounting, project management, or other business software integrations.
Dashboards and data visualization.
Modern web development frameworks and technologies.
