AI Consultant - Agentic Automation & Development

Beech Valley is seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support the development of internal automation and workflow solutions. This role will focus on hands-on coding, leveraging modern AI tools, and building agentic workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and fluent in applying cutting-edge AI tools in practical business contexts. What You'll Do • Develop and implement AI-driven automations and workflows for internal use cases • Write and review code to interpret and validate outputs from AI-assisted ("vibe coding") development • Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms to accelerate development • Design and deploy agentic AI solutions to streamline processes and decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Test, debug, and refine AI-generated and human-written code for accuracy and reliability • Stay current on emerging AI tools and integrate best practices into development workflows What We're Looking For • Strong coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) • Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar) • Proven ability to build automations and workflow solutions • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and implementation • Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code outputs • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience building internal tools or process automation within professional services environments • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code automation platforms • Exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks or prompt engineering best practices Why Beech Valley? • Flexibility: Accept and reject projects to fit your life and goals • Compensation: Get paid for every hour you work • Growth: Build your network and expand your skill set across exciting clients and projects
