About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to join a high-impact initiative for a leading healthcare enterprise in the United States. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft's AI ecosystem and Azure cloud services, helping transform business processes through intelligent automation and conversational AI. The ideal candidate has experience building production-ready AI agents using Microsoft's AI ecosystem and Azure cloud platform, as well as modern orchestration frameworks. You enjoy solving complex enterprise problems with Generative AI and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft AI technologies.Build autonomous and task-oriented AI agents leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry.Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.Develop multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Agent Frameworks and Azure AI Agent Service.Build secure APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.Design prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance.Implement memory, orchestration, tool calling, and workflow automation for AI agents.Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and product teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.Ensure security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices.Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of software development experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.Strong experience developing enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions.Experience building AI agents using Microsoft AI technologies.Hands on experience with Azure OpenAI Service.Experience with Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio).Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Experience with Azure AI Search.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Durable Functions.Strong programming experience in Python and/or C# (.NET).Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.Experience deploying applications using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.Experience with enterprise authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, and Azure OpenAI.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot.Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.Experience building RAG-based AI solutions and multi-agent systems.Familiarity with Azure AI Search, Azure ML, AKS, and Azure DevOps.Proficiency in Python and/or C# (.NET).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and microservices.Understanding of Responsible AI, security, and governance on Azure.Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.Healthcare domain experience and Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
