Role Description As a Founding Engineer at Buoyant AI, you will be a critical part of building and shaping our technology from the ground up. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality, and solving complex technical challenges. You will also work closely with leadership to define and implement system architecture and contribute to vision and strategy. This is a full-time on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. Qualifications • Love for AI and LLMs • Strong proficiency in software development, including coding, debugging, and testing. • Experience in designing scalable system architectures and working with cloud technologies. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize for high performance and efficiency. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic requirements. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Passion for creating innovative tools that enhance productivity and user experience.
