In this role, you'll translate initiatives such as AI agents, HubSpot automation improvements, integration opportunities, internal tools, and workflows into real, usable solutions that improve how the organization operates and scales. This role is about turning ideas into working systems. This role sits at the intersection of HubSpot, AI, and automation. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building solutions, and continuously improving how work gets done through AI-driven systems and workflows across the organization.This is not a passive execution role. Responsibilities of the RoleCentralized ownership across: AI Systems & Agents • Design and deploy AI agents (CMS architecture, AEO, internal & external tools, automation). • Build and refine custom GPTs and prompt frameworks. • Improve outputs, consistency, and usability over time.HubSpot AI & Automation • Leverage HubSpot AI tools (Breeze, workflows, automation layers). • Extend HubSpot functionality through integrations and external tools. • With direction, build AI workflows that improve lifecycle execution to drive leads and sales for the agency.Automation & Tooling • Build automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI API, n8n, Relevance AI, Gamma/Genspark, and other emerging AI platforms. • Create scalable automation systems that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase operational efficiency.Integrations & System Connectivity • Support and build integrations between HubSpot and other platforms. • Work with APIs to move and structure data effectively. • Contribute to internal tools and integration libraries.Prompt Engineering & Logic • Develop structured prompts and frameworks for repeatable outputs. • Improve how AI tools are used across the organization. • Ensure outputs meet quality, brand, and strategic standards. • Propose and implement smarter ways of working. • Continuously refine processes using AI and automation. Day to day, you'll also: • Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and automations. • Create and refine GPTs, prompts, and AI tools. • Prototype ideas and bring them to life ("vibe coding"). • Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve them. • Work closely with leadership to execute on new initiatives. • Stay current on AI tools, trends, and capabilities. • Document and standardize what you build for scalability. Experience Required • Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.). • Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Relevance AI, etc.). • Understanding of HubSpot workflows, automation, and data structure.
