The Role Work directly with the Product Manager as the critical bridge between business needs and implemented solutions. Turn business requirements into working software, replace external tools with internal solutions, automate manual processes, and maintain the central database connecting all company functions. High-impact, high-autonomy role where your work directly affects business trajectory. Within 6 months, own the full pipeline from business request to deployed solution. Within 12 months, built systems become foundational infrastructure for next growth phase. What You'll Do • Build and maintain internal systems replacing external SaaS dependencies • Automate manual processes across sales operations, reporting, and client delivery • Manage and improve central database and integrations connecting all tools • Translate business requirements from sales and operations into technical specifications and shipped code • Maintain engineering discipline: version control, testing, documentation, clean deployments • Leverage AI-assisted development (Claude Code) as daily workflow accelerant You're a Great Fit If You... • Have degree in Financial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Computer Science (with finance interest), or related quantitative field • Have strong software fundamentals, fluent in SQL, understand API integrations • Have foundational knowledge of financial products (structured notes, derivatives, fixed income) • Have strong habits around code quality • Are excited about AI-assisted development (Claude, Copilot, or similar) • Thrive in small, fast-moving teams owning your outcomes • Can communicate technical tradeoffs with non-technical people You're Probably Not a Fit If You... • Want to specialize deeply in one technology without business context • Need extensive structure, detailed specifications, and large team • Are uncomfortable with ambiguity or changing priorities • Prefer maintaining existing systems rather than building new ones • Have no interest in financial products or services • See AI tools as a threat rather than an accelerant What We Offer • $80k-$120k base (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives • Direct access to leadership team • Ownership from problem to production • AI-native development environment • Deep exposure to financial products
