About the RoleA fast-growing Series A AI model training and evaluation company — headquartered in Mountain View, CA and working with top frontier AI labs — is hiring a Founding ML Engineer focused on Demand Generation. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of machine learning and growth strategy, building intelligent systems that directly drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale.You'll own the end-to-end development of AI-powered demand generation infrastructure: from lead scoring models and behavioral analytics pipelines to LLM-driven personalization and campaign optimization. Think of it as engineering meets growth — where the models you ship create measurable business impact.This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA. No remote or hybrid option is available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.What You'll Do • Build and deploy ML models for lead scoring, conversion prediction, and campaign performance optimization. • Automate demand generation workflows end-to-end — from audience segmentation to personalized outreach. • Design and maintain data pipelines for behavioral analytics, audience targeting, and A/B experimentation. • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to translate growth objectives into measurable ML solutions. • Experiment with LLMs, recommendation systems, and generative AI for content creation and outreach personalization. • Establish data-driven frameworks for channel optimization and ROI tracking across marketing programs.What We're Looking ForRequired • 3–10 years of hands-on ML engineering or data science experience, with direct exposure to demand generation, lead scoring, or campaign optimization. • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow) for building and shipping production-grade models. • Proven experience building and deploying data pipelines for behavioral analytics, audience segmentation, targeting, and experimentation. • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks and APIs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads API, Meta Ads API. • Experience experimenting with LLMs, recommendation systems, and generative AI for content and outreach use cases. • Track record of establishing data-driven frameworks for channel optimization and ROI measurement. • A builder's mindset — you move fast, experiment often, and take ownership of measurable outcomes. • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.Nice to Have • Familiarity with growth analytics platforms and performance marketing ecosystems. • Curiosity for applying AI to business outcomes beyond traditional ML use cases.Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $220,000 – $300,000 per year, depending on experience. • Founding-level equity and early-stage impact opportunity. • Collaborative, high-velocity team environment working on cutting-edge AI applications.Location • On-site: Mountain View, California, USA. • Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. • No visa sponsorship available — candidates must have existing US work authorization.
