Minimum 9+ years of experience Background/Scope The squad builds agentic protocols that interoperate with other agentic protocols across the client's customer base. The agents validate, transform, ingest and structure data, turn unstructured data into standardized formats, then hand it to agents on other platformsLonger term vision (not day 1): build and fine-tune existing LLMs - custom, domain-specific models for their agentsDay-to-day Enhance and support existing AI applications and agentsDesign and build new AI capabilities for business workflows, analysis and decision-makingBuild reusable foundations to develop, evaluate, deploy and operate AIWork with business stakeholders and SMEs to bring domain knowledge into the systemsExplore model adaptation and LLM post-training where it beats prompting or retrievalMust-have Strong Python and production-grade engineering (build, test, deploy)Hands-on LLM applications in production, beyond prototypesKnowing which LLM fits when (reasoning, latency, cost, context, tool use)Fine-tuning (SFT, PEFT; DPO/RLHF/RFT a plus) and ML backgroundRAG, tool calling, structured outputs, agent orchestrationAI evaluation at scale, plus prompt and agent instruction versioningMonitoring and observability across the AI lifecycle
