Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Engineer (Copilot, Claude & Private RAG) 🚀 We're looking for an AI Engineer passionate about building enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business impact. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude (Anthropic), along with developing secure, private Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications that enable organizations to leverage their data safely and effectively. What You'll Do✅ Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude for enterprise use cases✅ Design and implement private RAG solutions, including: • Data ingestion and processing • Chunking and embedding strategies • Vector databases • Retrieval optimization • Grounding and evaluation frameworks✅ Architect secure AI solutions that meet enterprise requirements for governance, privacy, and data security✅ Partner with business, product, and technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions✅ Develop and manage data pipelines, integrations, and databases that support AI applications✅ Design end-to-end AI-enabled business processes including integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement✅ Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, workflow platforms, and business applications✅ Contribute to automation initiatives, machine learning solutions, and application development where applicable What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years developing AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Claude • 3+ years building and deploying private RAG solutions • 4+ years of data engineering and database management experience • Strong experience with agent orchestration, workflow-driven AI agents, and enterprise integrations • 3+ years of Python development experience • Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, guardrails, and quality assurance processes • Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, enterprise security controls, RBAC, and secure deployment methodologiesPreferred Qualifications • Azure AI ecosystem experience, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and related services • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, or similar technologies • Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, middleware, and enterprise platforms • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Experience with React, Angular, or modern web development frameworks • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and generative AI evaluation methodologies Technologies You'll Work WithMicrosoft Copilot Studio • Claude • Azure AI • Azure OpenAI • Azure AI Search • Pinecone • Weaviate • Chroma • Python • LangChain • LangGraph • Semantic Kernel • MCP • Power Platform • REST APIs • CI/CD • DevOps 💡 If you're excited about building secure, enterprise-grade AI systems and helping organizations unlock the power of Generative AI, we'd love to connect.
