Founding AI / Full-Stack Engineer

We're hiring a Founding AI / Full-Stack Engineer. We are an early-stage stealth company building AI-powered enterprise software. This is a founding, high-ownership role. You will work directly with the founder and take responsibility for building and shaping the core technical foundation of the product. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than write code, someone who wants to own systems, architecture, and product execution from the ground up. What you will do:Own and design the core system architecture from the early stage to scaleBuild and maintain backend services, APIs, and data infrastructureDesign and implement AI/LLM-powered features and workflowsTranslate product and business needs into scalable technical solutionsBuild production-grade SaaS systems with reliability and performance in mindWork across AI, backend, and product engineering layersMake key technical decisions on architecture, stack, and system designHelp define engineering standards and technical direction for the companyContinuously improve system scalability, maintainability, and performanceCollaborate closely with the founder on product direction and execution What we are looking for:Strong backend / full-stack engineering experienceExperience building AI / LLM-powered applications or systemsStrong understanding of system design and scalable SaaS architectureAbility to build products from early stage to productionStrong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguityComfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environmentAbility to independently make technical decisions and execute quicklyProduct mindset with focus on building real-world usable systems Nice to have:Experience with LLM workflows, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestrationExperience building multi-tenant SaaS systemsExperience with Postgres, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), or distributed systemsExperience building enterprise software or workflow-based productsPrior startup or founding engineer experience About the role:This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage and shape both the product and technical foundation of a new enterprise AI company.
