Prompt Engineer – Contact Center AI Services Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid) Work Mode - Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to design and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences for Contact Center solutions. You will develop, test, and refine prompts for customer-facing and agent-assist applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize prompts for virtual agents and AI applications.Build reusable prompt templates, guardrails, and prompt libraries.Evaluate AI models (Gemini, Claude, GPT, etc.) for accuracy and performance.Support RAG implementations and enterprise knowledge integrations.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.Establish prompt governance, AI safety, and compliance standards.Continuously improve AI performance using testing and user feedback.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI, NLP, AI Engineering, or related fields.2+ years of hands-on Prompt Engineering experience.Experience with Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Claude, GPT, or similar LLM platforms.Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Safety, and LLM evaluation.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, APIs, and JSON.Experience with Contact Center technologies is preferred.Preferred Skills Lang Chain, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock.Agentic AI and Vector Databases.Knowledge of Contact Center modernization and AI governance.
