We are building an AI-driven layer that connects hospitality, fintech, and data intelligence powering dynamic pricing, agentic lead generation, smart inventory orchestration, and autonomous operations across global markets.Our mission: to make long-stay travel frictionless, intelligent, and financially optimized for operators, corporate bookers, and digital nomads alike.We are now looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and data pipelines that power estaie's intelligence layer. You'll build and optimize end-to-end machine learning systems — from data engineering and feature extraction to model training, evaluation, and real-time inference. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to infuse intelligence and automation into every layer of the platform, ensuring our AI systems are adaptive, explainable, and production-ready on GCP. As Software Engineer, your Key Responsibilities: AI Architecture & Model DevelopmentDesign and deploy ML pipelines on Vertex AI Pipelines for pricing, recommendation, and personalization. Build autonomous agents and workflows using LangGraph + Vertex AI SDK to automate decision making. Implement vector embeddings and semantic search with pgvector + Vertex Matching Engine. Fine-tune and integrate LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude) for chat and predictive use cases. Collaborate with backend engineers to serve models through NestJS APIs and Cloud Run. Data Engineering & AnalyticsArchitect and maintain data models in BigQuery and dbt for clean, reliable training datasets. Build dashboards and insight layers in Looker or Metabase for AI and business performance. Conduct cohort, funnel, and A/B analysis using Statsig and PostHog. Define and monitor AI KPIs (search relevance, pricing accuracy, extension prediction). Ensure data quality, security, and compliance (GDPR, PDPL) across multi-region deployments (UAE, KSA, EU). Leadership & CollaborationMentor junior engineers and analysts on ML best practices and data governance. Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into AI solutions. Contribute to architecture reviews and scalability planning for AI services. Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Vertex AI SDK) and SQL (BigQuery). Proven experience building and deploying ML pipelines on Vertex AI, Kubeflow, or similar. Deep understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, and recommendation systems. Practical knowledge of A/B testing, experiment design, and product analytics. Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure (GCP) and serverless architectures. Bonus: Experience with LangChain / LangGraph, Go, or data privacy frameworks.
