Responsibilities Rapidly prototype applications using AI-assisted coding toolsBuild and iterate on LLM-powered applications and workflowsUse tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Replit AI, etcDesign and integrate MCP servers, APIs, and AI agentsDevelop lightweight full-stack applications using modern frameworksExperiment with prompts, workflows, and AI orchestration patternsCollaborate with product and UX teams to turn ideas into demos quicklyOptimize developer productivity through automation and AI toolingStay current with emerging AI engineering trends and frameworks Skills Looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience and strong expertise in LLMs and RAGStrong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, or Node.jsExperience with React/Next.js, REST APIs, microservices, and Git/GitHubHands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPTStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCPExperience building GenAI applicationsFamiliarity with vector databases and embeddingsExposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworksKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience integrating enterprise systems with AI workflowsStrong product intuition and rapid experimentation mindset Benefits W-2 employee of Gruve, contracted to provide services to one of our clientsCorp-to-Corp contractor arrangementThis position is fully remote Company Overview Gruve is an AI-native services startup powering enterprise AI transformation across agents, security, data, and inference infrastructure.
