About the Role

G-P is seeking a Fullstack AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered web applications and Generative AI workflows. The role involves frontend and backend development, LLM integrations, AI data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and Generative AI workflowsContributing to key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces while making sure that user-centered design principles are adhered toCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to drive the product vision, identify user needs, and translate those needs into impactful featuresManaging cloud deployment processes, optimizing model and application performance, and integrating LLM APIs and backend servicesDevelop and maintain backend services using Python, NodeJS, or Go, and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS
Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExpertise in fullstack web development using frameworks like React, Next.js, or TypeScriptProven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases into web applicationsStrong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approachCompetence in backend development using Python, NodeJS, or Go, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend servicesExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering patternsProven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade applicationsAbility to manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to cloud platformsExperience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, focusing on cloud architecture, serverless integrations, and backend infrastructureExcellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environmentExperience with UX Design, contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for AI productsKnowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications is a plusExperience in Product Management or an entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus, especially if you enjoy taking ownership of features and working to identify user needs and translate them into compelling AI and backend solutions
