Full Stack Developer (Python, React, AI)

Quick Facts Role: Full Stack Developer (Python, React, AI) Work mode: 100% remote Language: Business English Description Develop an AI-driven solution supporting and automating the Month-End Close (financial close) process. You will work across the full stack: build the UI with Next.js/React , implement orchestration using Python/FastAPI with LangGraph , integrate AI agents that analyze process-stage outputs, and connect with Oracle E-Business Suite via a dedicated MCP server . Responsibilities Develop and maintain the solution across UI, orchestration, and backend components Build and evolve the Month-End Close console (main user interface) using Next.js and React Implement the Python orchestration layer using FastAPI and LangGraph to manage month-close stages Integrate AI agents that analyze results, detect discrepancies, and recommend next actions Work with an MCP server for integration with Oracle E-Business Suite, including secure FTP data and report retrieval Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated execution of process stages Create SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data Collaborate with an international virtual Agile team using Jira Requirements Very good Python experience and practical FastAPI knowledge Practical experience building applications with React and Next.js LangGraph experience (or a comparable framework for AI agent orchestration) Practical experience with AI coding tools; ability to verify, test, and improve AI-generated code Ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis Knowledge of multi-component architectures (frontend, orchestrator, integration layer) Agile experience in international distributed teams across time zones Fluent business English enabling comfortable work in an international environment Benefits Employment contract (Contract of Employment) 100% remote work Comprehensive benefits package (including Multisport, healthcare, and life insurance) Necessary work tools provided Opportunity to work on an international project combining software development, agentic AI, and financial process transformation
