AI/ML Engineer

We are partnering with a consulting firm that specialises in delivering comprehensive AI and machine learning solutions across diverse sectors. The Role • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms. • Build and optimise Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories. • Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen. • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and Gemini into business applications. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives. • Implement prompt engineering, context management, memory frameworks, and orchestration workflows to improve AI performance. What You'll Need • 7+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Python. • Proven experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI. • Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. • Proficiency in developing scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services using cloud-native technologies. • Experience with LLMOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management. • A commitment to Responsible AI principles, security standards, data privacy, and governance policies.
