Software Engineer

The Role • Build and support components of the trading platform in partnership with trading and technology teams leveraging AI-assisted development tools • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient software delivery, incorporating AI-assisted automation and validation • Develop infrastructure and automation in AWS using Infrastructure as Code and AI-assisted tooling • Improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices, applying AI-driven insights • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement, leveraging AI-assisted diagnostics • Partner with developers, QA, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions, using AI tools to enhance collaboration What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related roles • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native concepts • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and source control (Git) • Exposure to infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) What's On Offer • Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $150,000 per year • Discretionary Corporate Bonus and/or Incentives • Comprehensive and high-value benefits package (retirement plan, health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance) • Flexible work environment and a focus on continuous learning Apply via Haystack today!
