Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with non-profit and for-profit law firms, understand their workflows, and build full-stack AI products that make a difference in people's lives. You will manage high-impact customer deployments representing $300K+ in contract value. Responsibilities include: • Build full-stack features across frontend, backend, database, integrations, and AI workflows. • Work directly with legal aid organizations to understand their needs and translate messy real-world processes into clean software. • Use AI coding tools effectively to move faster, generate high-quality code, debug issues, and increase engineering leverage. • Own projects end-to-end, from scoping to implementation to deployment. This role will begin as a contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
