The team builds AI workflows and agents that collect and check borrower documents, prepare loan files for underwriting, automate borrower follow-ups and connect systems across the mortgage lifecycle. Engineers work in dedicated pods alongside each customer. About the role You will join a client pod working with engineers, domain experts and client stakeholders. You will learn the client's operations first-hand, own a scoped problem, and build and ship AI workflows and agents into production with real users. What you will do - Understand client workflows, systems and pain points directly from the people doing the work - Define a scoped problem with clear, measurable success criteria - Build and ship LLM-powered workflows and agents connected to the client's tools and data - Make your work production-ready: integrations, conversation history, logging, monitoring, and human review and escalation - Deploy with real users, handle exceptions, and release improvements weekly - Measure impact on turnaround time, accuracy, manual effort and team capacity What you need - 1.5–4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on work building applications on LLMs - Strong Python skills - Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar), and agent or RAG frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph - Experience building integrations with APIs, databases and third-party systems - Clear written and spoken English, and comfort working directly with US clients - An ownership mindset: you take a workflow from problem to production Good to have - Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage or document-heavy workflows - Exposure to OCR or document AI, evaluation of LLM outputs, and production monitoring Why join - Build AI agents used by real mortgage teams in the US - Work directly with the founder and engineering team - Ownership of client outcomes from early on - Stock ownership alongside salary - Fully remote within India This offer from "HyrEzy Talent Solutions LLP" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 0% flex score.
