Lead Software Engineer – Agentic AI & Intelligent AutomationLocation: Charlotte, NCWork Model: 100% Onsite – 5 days/weekInterview: 3-round video interviewRole OverviewSeeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to join the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI team. This role will design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions supporting large-scale business operations.Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI applications. • Build AI agents and intelligent automation solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks. • Develop and integrate applications using Python, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. • Implement RAG, prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, and agentic design patterns. • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms. • Develop automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. • Ensure AI applications meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards. • Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.Required Qualifications • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience. • Strong hands-on experience building Agentic Automation applications. • 2+ years of Generative AI / LLM / Agentic Engineering experience. • 2+ years of hands-on Python development. • Experience with LangChain or similar Agentic AI frameworks. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, PVA/Power BI. • Strong experience with UiPath and intelligent automation. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Experience with GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. • Experience with REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and Git. • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is preferred. • Alteryx experience is beneficial but not mandatory.Required Certifications • UiPath Certification • Microsoft Power Platform Certification Important: Candidates must be able to work 5 days onsite in Charlotte, NC.
