Full-Stack Developer (US-Based / Remote / Part-Time)

Description: Build responsive and interactive web applications with modern front-end technologies.Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and Docker.Use agentic coding tools to improve development productivity.Apply test-driven development practices and maintain high code quality through testing.Collaborate with product teams to implement designs across platforms and browsers.Write modular, well-structured code that supports performance, scalability, and maintainability.Optimize web application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization.Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues to improve speed and reliability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to team coding standards.Stay current with AI development trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements: 5+ years of full-stack development experience.Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and backend development.Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.Experience with test frameworks such as Playwright and Vitest.Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and collaborative workflows like GitHub or GitLab.Ability to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces with strong UX understanding.Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote or cross-functional teams.Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States due to government work requirements.Experience with backend development in Java or Python is preferred.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies is preferred.Experience with agentic development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAgents SDK is preferred.Benefits: Competitive compensation package.Flexible, part-time working hours.Ability to work asynchronously and on your own terms.Opportunity to help build world-class products and applications for a leading-edge AI platform.Join a fun, diverse team of talented professionals.
