Agentic Software Engineer Remote - EST Hours Contract until EOY with extensions Required Skills & Experience - 3-5 years experience working as a software developer at an enterprise level - 1-2 years experience creating agents using chatGPT Codex,and/or MS CoPilot - Professional experience creating agents and agentic workflows - Knowledge of AI governance standards when creating agents - Previous experience coding with C# and .NET for code patches, SQL Server, understanding SQL scripts, and hands-on experience with REST API calling - Strong understanding of containerized applications with Kubernetes/Docker for agentic modeling - Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, and eagerness to work on challenging projects Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Previous experience with Java and Python OOP Job Description Insight Global is looking for several Agentic Software Engineers based in Canada to join a large HCM company on a 7 month contract to support a government-focused vulnerability remediation program. The successful candidates will be supporting the an access management enhancement project and will be responsible for building agents and agentic workflows by cross-collaborating with several scrum teams across the greater technology organization. Previous experience working as a software engineer and recent experience creating agents/agentic workflows using tools such as Codex and MS CoPilot is essential to succeed in this role. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running to meet urgent deadlines.
