About the Role

Job Title: Technical Product Operations Specialist IVLocation: 100% Remote (U.S.)Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2) — Strong Potential for Extension We're looking for a Technical Product Operations Specialist to support high-impact initiatives across multiple digital products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations, driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights, technical tooling, and automation You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to improve product outcomes, streamline workflows, and scale operational processes This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems using data, and actively leverages AI tools to accelerate execution • Responsibilities: • Drive execution of programs across multiple products, from early-stage (0→1) initiatives to scaled operations • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity • Identify risks proactively and develop data-backed mitigation strategies • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, track progress, and deliver outcomesManage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution rigor Must-Have Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, strategy & operations, or similar roles • Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, data transformations) • Hands-on experience using AI tools / AI-assisted workflows for productivity or automation • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with low-code/no-code tools or AI-assisted prototyping ("vibe coding") • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure • Experience designing or executing testing strategies (manual or automated) • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar • Exposure to advanced analytics, AI tooling, and automation workflows • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical requirements
