Drive Growth Through Data-Driven Paid Media
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Paid Media Manager to join our Group Acquisition Team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement across multiple international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a paid media specialist who thrives on combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management. You'll take ownership of paid search activity across a portfolio of markets while exploring opportunities across emerging channels including paid social, programmatic advertising, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
*Develop, execute, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across multiple markets.
*Own paid search strategy and performance for your markets, driving sustainable customer acquisition and commercial growth.
*Collaborate with local marketing teams to align channel strategies with market growth objectives.
*Analyse campaign and business performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
*Lead campaign measurement, tracking and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of performance and opportunities.
Drive continuous optimisation through audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget management and testing.
*Design and evaluate testing programmes, including incrementality testing, in partnership with data teams.
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and platform partners.
*Leverage automation, AI tools and scalable processes to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
*Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.
What We're Looking For
*Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager, PPC Manager or similar role in-house or agency-side.
*Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong SEM/PPC knowledge.
*Experience managing large, complex accounts and delivering against commercial growth targets.
*Strong analytical skills and confidence using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Excel.
*Experience utilising automation, scripts, AI tools or AI agents to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Strong project management and organisational abilities.
*A commercial mindset with a collaborative approach and attention to detail.
Bonus Points If You Have
*Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media channels beyond search.
*Experience in multi-location or location-based businesses.
*Background in veterinary, healthcare, pet care or other service-led sectors.
*Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI.
*Additional language skills including French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
*Experience with Microsoft 365.
*Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Python or other data analysis tools.
