AI Vibe Coding Experience Lead

The AI Vibe Coding Experience Lead will act as the technical bridge between non-technical internal builders and our infrastructure. In this role, you will shift the operational burden away from engineering teams by designing the templates, patterns, and libraries that allow non-technical staff to build and deploy vibe coded applications safely. You will establish and manage an internal application zone for these apps, translating business ideas into specifications that meet our security, monitoring, and integration standards. This is a high-level position that requires system analysis and research to provide support to users who are new to software development. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced peers and act as an escalation point for defects and troubleshooting. This position may be worked remotely from any of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; or Louisville, KY. May require occasional travel, up to 10% for meetings, trainings or conferences.
