Job Description As an AI Developer at worx-ai, you will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML solutions within the Azure cloud environment. You will build RAG-based applications, optimize LLMs, and implement robust MLOps pipelines. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable enterprise intelligence using Azure's premier AI services. What You Will Do • Design and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications utilizing Azure OpenAI Service and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. • Develop and maintain automated machine learning pipelines (MLOps) using Azure DevOps and Azure Machine Learning for scalable model management. • Integrate complex AI solutions with cloud-native services including Azure Functions, Kubernetes (AKS), and Azure AI Search to support high-performance microservices. The ideal candidate • Possesses over 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a deep mastery of Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Demonstrates extensive hands-on expertise with the Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native integration tools like AKS. • Holds a strong background in MLOps and CI/CD, with proven experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI applications and secure data processing workflows.
