What You Will Do • Build and optimize sophisticated agentic pipelines and workflows designed for complex analytical workloads and document understanding. • Design and execute comprehensive evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the query processing engine. • Collaborate directly with founders and enterprise customers to define the technical roadmap and shape the company's core engineering culture. The ideal candidate • Strong background in computer science with a proven track record of solving complex NLP problems and shipping production ML systems. • Deep technical expertise in search/retrieval systems, LLMs, and building robust evaluation pipelines for high-stakes enterprise environments. • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and possesses the analytical skills required to bridge the gap between research and real-world deployment.
