Accountabilities In this role, you will contribute to the development, support, and continuous improvement of internal applications, automation systems, and data-driven platforms that enable core business operations. You will work across engineering, data, and innovation teams to build scalable solutions and improve system reliability and performance. • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal applications, APIs, and automation workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks across applications and integrations • Develop and optimize data models, queries, and integrations across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, and related systems • Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and automation pipelines using modern development and AI-assisted tools • Participate in feature development, testing, debugging, and system modernization initiatives • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and scalable architecture Requirements This role requires a strong foundation in software development, problem-solving ability, and curiosity for building and improving systems.
