This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Solutions AI Application Developer III based in United States. This role focuses on turning advanced AI capabilities into practical, scalable business applications across the enterprise. You will design and rapidly deploy lightweight applications that bring generative AI, agentic AI, and NLP into real-world workflows. Working at the intersection of data science, engineering, analytics, and operations, you will help move AI solutions from experimentation into production. The position emphasizes low-code and platform-native technologies while leveraging Python and SQL for more complex integrations and automation. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to create intuitive, reliable, accessible, and high-performing solutions. Accountabilities • Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications using low-code and no-code platforms such as Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps/Copilot Studio, UiPath, or comparable technologies. • Develop intuitive user interfaces that make generative AI, agentic AI, and NLP capabilities accessible to business and operational teams. • Translate AI and analytical model outputs into practical workflows by integrating solutions with existing platforms, systems, and business use cases. • Partner with data engineers and data scientists to transition AI solutions from analytical environments such as Databricks into reliable production applications. • Develop Python and SQL logic for automation, orchestration, backend processing, and system integration when low-code capabilities are insufficient. • Build custom enhancements using frameworks such as Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django when appropriate. • Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and incident support to maintain application reliability and responsiveness. • Ensure applications meet usability, accessibility, compliance, security, and performance expectations. • Work within Agile and iterative development practices, rapidly prototyping solutions and incorporating stakeholder feedback. • Collaborate across IT, platform architecture, analytics, and other technical teams to support smooth deployment and ongoing production operations. • Contribute to development initiatives, technical improvements, and other related responsibilities as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the required education. • At least 5 years of application development experience using object-oriented programming concepts and/or platform-based development. • At least 2 years of experience deploying applications through cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake. • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, particularly for AI integration, backend logic, automation, and extending low-code solutions. • Demonstrated proficiency with low-code/no-code development platforms, including Databricks Apps, Microsoft Power Apps/Copilot Studio, UiPath, or similar technologies. • Understanding of generative AI, LLM-based applications, agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, and natural language processing. • Familiarity with Python-based UI frameworks such as Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django. • Knowledge of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, software development life cycle practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management. • Strong application troubleshooting, performance optimization, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working in Agile, iterative, and/or test-driven development environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. • Self-directed, innovative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with rapidly evolving AI technologies. • Healthcare industry experience, experience leading development efforts, and familiarity with multi-tier or service-based architectures are preferred.
