Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI-powered applications, conversational AI platforms, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AWS cloud architecture, scalable backend development, and production-grade AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, voice AI solutions, and intelligent automation platforms.Lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices to support AI applications.Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native AI solutions on AWS.Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.Develop multi-step AI workflows, tool integrations, and intelligent automation frameworks.Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.Implement best practices for software engineering, cloud architecture, and AI application development.Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Provide technical leadership and guidance for AI initiatives and solution design.
Required Skills:
5 10 years of Software Engineering experience.2+ years of hands-on Generative AI development experience.Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.Experience building Conversational AI and chatbot applications.Hands-on experience developing production-grade AI applications.Experience creating multi-step AI workflows, intelligent agents, and tool integrations.Familiarity with Voice AI technologies, including:Speech-to-Text (STT)Text-to-Speech (TTS)Exposure to Image Generation and Multimodal AI solutions.Strong programming experience with:PythonNode.jsExperience developing scalable:APIsBackend ServicesMicroservicesStrong understanding of software engineering principles and system design.Hands-on AWS cloud experience including:ECSEKSAWS LambdaAPI GatewayAmazon S3DynamoDBRDSExperience designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading AI engineering teams or technical initiatives.Experience deploying large-scale AI applications in production environments.Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.Experience with LLM integration and AI-powered automation solutions.Familiarity with cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.AWS Certifications are a plus.Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives is preferred.
