J

AI Engineer (Agentic team)

Juro · REMOTE (UK)

About the Role

Juro is an AI contract automation platform used by in-house legal and business teams. Our Agentic team builds Operator, the agent that works across contracts inside Juro: it answers questions and takes action on legal data. You'd build the tools that let it act across the product, own parts of the agent harness (planning, tool use, context) and put evals around what you ship, together with our QA team. Stack: TypeScript/Node.js, MongoDB, pgvector, AWS Bedrock, LiteLLM, Mastra, some React. Engineers pick their own AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor...) and we pay for the usage. We're looking for programmers first who now build with LLMs, and who have shipped something people use. Years of ML matter less to us than what you've built. We apply models, we don't train them. Process: 30-min intro call, interview with the hiring manager, a build review where you walk us through something you've built, and a short chat with our CTO. We reply to every applicant. You'll work from the UK. For exceptional candidates we can sponsor a UK Skilled Worker visa, whether you're relocating or already in the UK. If you need sponsorship, say so in your application.
