AI Ops Engineer

SUMMARYThe AI Op Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence applications and agents to support our healthcare client's strategic IT initiatives. Utilizing the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Python, this role builds scalable AI solutions hosted on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to turn data and AI concepts into reliable, production-ready software that enhances clinical and operational processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and maintain robust AI agents and software applications utilizing Python and the Agent Development Kit (ADK) • Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agents and supporting infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to interpret requirements and integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows • Develop and manage cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reliable deployments • Perform dev testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of deployed AI software and processes • Leverage GenAI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and accelerate delivery QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of software development experience • High proficiency in Python programming is required. • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) development is required • Hands-on experience developing and deploying within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required • Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code or other IaC tools • Mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android) is preferred, but not required • Healthcare industry experience is preferred, not required CERTIFICATIONSOne or more of these certifications is preferred, but not required: • Google Associate Cloud Engineer • Google Cloud Developer • Google Professional Cloud Architect
