We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer - Operations to lead the development of innovative, digital-first learning experiences for a large-scale operations environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Learning Design & Development
• Design and develop engaging digital learning programs, including e-learning modules, simulations, webinars, videos, assessments, and self-paced learning experiences.
• Build advanced learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, JavaScript extensions, xAPI, and cmi5.
• Create reusable templates, standards, and learning assets to support scalable content development.
• Develop multimedia learning content, including graphics, videos, exercises, and interactive scenarios.Learning Strategy & Innovation
• Establish and lead a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence (COE).
• Define instructional design standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and performance outcom
• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance learner engagement and modernize learning experiences.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and LMS compatibility across all learning solutions.Continuous Improvement & Analytics
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through analytics, reporting, and assessment methodologies.
• Develop and track key learning performance indicators.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve learning content and learner experiences.
• Maintain governance processes for content updates, quality assurance, and optimization.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing digital learning and training programs.
• Expertise with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM Cloud.
• Strong experience creating interactive learning experiences and multimedia-based training solutions.
• Knowledge of xAPI, cmi5, LMS platforms, and modern learning technologies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies within learning and development environments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and advanced interactive learning development techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting large-scale operations organizations.
• Experience developing learning programs for educator-facing, customer support, or service-oriented teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ADA-compliant instructional design practices.
• Experience with Blender or other advanced multimedia development tools.
