Software Deployment and Customer Empowerment Take charge of the client experience with precision and finesse. Empower customers through comprehensive post-sales training, transforming them into proficient software users. Ingenious Troubleshooting, Sales Growth & Collaborative Market Insight Resolve complex technical issues while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in client satisfaction and the increase in our resulting revenue. Stay at the forefront of market trends, ensuring alignment with schedules, and guaranteeing the timely fulfillment of our commitments. Your profileExperienceAt least 3+ years of Manufacturing (machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer) and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.Technical skills Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CNC control systems, CNC machine tools. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software. Experience with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred). Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications. Strong GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge. Excellent computer skills (MS Office Tools, familiarity with Salesforce). Personal skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Strong organizational, time management skills and a good dose of resilience to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects/missions. Self-motivated individual who demonstrates independence and is highly goal oriented. Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and solutions. Other requirements: Location: US West Valid driving license.
