About the Role

Category: IT Services Location: As our Senior Full Stack Developer, you're the entire engineering function. You'll build theproduct from the ground up — designing the architecture, writing the code, wiring theautomation, and integrating the AI layer that turns a photo of a job site into a professional, accurate quote. No one is ahead of you technically. No existing codebase to inherit. You're settingthe standard the future team builds on. Key Responsibilities Architect and build the end-to-end quoting platform — from photo intake via Tally through AI-generated quote creation, QS review workflow, and Stripe deposit collection Own the AI integration layer — engineer and iterate the Claude API prompt architecture that transforms unstructured job inputs (photos, trade type, scope notes) into structured, client-ready quotes reliably and at scale Build and maintain Make.com automation workflows that orchestrate the full pipeline — handling routing logic, error states, retries, and progressive automation as AI accuracy improves Develop the data layer in Airtable — relational structures, QS review interfaces, feedback capture, and the correction loops that improve AI output over time Integrate Stripe for payment flows — deposit link generation, webhook handling, and confirmation logic baked into the quote delivery workflow Connect and maintain the full toolchain — Tally, Zoho CRM, Google Docs, Zeely.ai, and Canva assets into a coherent system that runs reliably at low operational cost Build quote template and job-type logic — enabling fast template assignment today and progressive AI-driven automation of that process as confidence grows Instrument the pipeline for visibility and resilience — logging, alerting, and error handling so the team always knows pipeline status without digging through five tools Write clean documentation — the architecture, integrations, and decisions you make will be inherited by the engineers you'll eventually lead Reduce manual overhead over time — you're not just building v1, you're designing toward a pipeline that increasingly runs itself Requirements 6+ years of full stack development experience, you've designed, built, and shipped production applications end-to-end, not just contributed to parts of them. Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language — Node.js, Python, or similar for custom integrations, API work, and logic that goes beyond what no-code tools can handle. Frontend competency in React or equivalent — enough to build lightweight internal interfaces, quote previews, or client-facing touchpoints as needed. Hands-on Make.com or n8n experience at a production level — multi-step, branching, error-handled workflows on real data, not tutorial projects. Practical experience engineering LLM API integrations — prompt design, structured output handling, reliability at scale, and iterative improvement based on real-world feedback (Claude or GPT). Proven ability to design and use Airtable as an operational data layer — not just as a spreadsheet, but as a structured backend with automations, relational fields, and form connected workflows. Stripe API integration experience — payment links, webhooks, confirmation handling. Comfort designing complete system architecture from scratch. Ability to work autonomously in low-process environments. Benefits High-Impact Ownership:You will have the autonomy to design and deploy functional systems from scratch. We value builders who take ownership of the entire automation lifecycle. Cutting-Edge Tech Stack:Work across a modern ecosystem including OpenAI APIs, n8n, Make, and Supabase. You'll have the freedom to leverage the best AI and automation tools to solve complex problems. 100% Remote Flexibility:We are a remote-first team. While an Australian connection is preferred for timezone alignment, we prioritize output and results over specific desk hours. Lean & Direct Culture:You will work in a streamlined environment where communication is high-level and concise. We value technical practicality and direct problem-solving. A name is a term used for identification by an external observer. They can identify a class or category of things, or a single thing, either uniquely, or within a given context. The entity identified by a name is called its referent. A personal name identifies, not necessarily uniquely, a specific individual human. The name of a specific entity is sometimes called a proper name and is, when consisting of only one word, a proper noun. Other nouns are sometimes called "common names" or (obsolete) "general names". A name can be given to a person, place, or thing; for example, parents can give their child a name or a scientist can give an element a name.
