Role Overview:The Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) will lead Narwal's global Solutions organization, including Solution Experts, Solution Architects, Domain Experts, Practice Heads, and strategic pre-sales teams. The role is responsible for enterprise solutioning, offerings, reusable IP, accelerators, innovation, and AI-powered transformation initiatives that strengthen Narwal's market position and growth.
The CSO will own enterprise-wide solution strategy, proposal governance, GTM enablement, analyst alignment, capability orchestration, and solution maturity across Narwal's AI, Data, Quality Engineering, Digital Engineering, and AI-powered application ecosystems.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy, customer transformation, AI-powered innovation, and enterprise architecture, this leader will build scalable, outcome-focused solutions that align customer priorities with Narwal's long-term growth vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Leadership
• Define and execute Narwal's enterprise-wide solutions strategy aligned to business growth objectives, customer transformation goals, and long-term scalability plans.
• Build integrated business solutions across AI, Data, Quality Engineering, Digital Engineering, cloud, automation, AI-powered applications, and enterprise modernization programs.
• Lead the evolution of Narwal's offerings, reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and AI-powered transformation capabilities.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic growth, market positioning, offerings evolution, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Build a future-ready Solutions organization that leverages AI-first engineering, GenAI, agentic AI, modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and emerging technologies to deliver differentiated business outcomes faster and more efficiently than traditional services models.
• Orchestrate the complementary strengths of the practices (depth in AI & Data and QE & Digital), the Solution Experts (breadth across all technologies), and the Domain Experts (industry) into one integrated solution per pursuit.
Enterprise Solutioning & Strategic Pursuits
• Lead enterprise-wide solutioning across large transformation opportunities and complex customer engagements.
• Drive integrated solution design across AI, Data, Quality Engineering, cloud-native modernization, intelligent automation, analytics, and enterprise transformation ecosystems.
• Own solution governance across proposals, strategic pursuits, commercial alignment, technical solution integrity, delivery feasibility, and transformation outcomes.
• Lead strategic customer workshops, executive presentations, transformation discussions, proposal reviews, and solution strategy sessions.
• Shape winning strategies for complex enterprise pursuits by aligning customer business goals with differentiated Narwal capabilities and transformation outcomes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between Growth, Solutions, Delivery, Practice, PMO, and Customer Leadership teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Own Narwal's proposal and pre-sales operating model, ensuring fast turnaround, high-quality submissions, consistent standards, and superior win rates.
Offerings, Innovation & Reusable Accelerators
• Own the strategy and roadmap for Narwal's solution offerings, reusable accelerators, frameworks, implementation playbooks, and AI-powered solution assets.
• Drive creation of reusable IP, AI-enabled accelerators, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integrated transformation frameworks.
• Lead innovation initiatives across AI/ML, GenAI, enterprise automation, intelligent analytics, modern data platforms, quality engineering, and cloud ecosystems.
• Ensure Narwal's solutions remain modern, differentiated, scalable, and aligned to evolving market trends and customer needs.
• Track market, technology, and industry trends, competitor moves and translate them into Narwal's portfolio and solution strategy.
• Promote adoption of AI-powered solution engineering, intelligent proposal generation, reusable architecture patterns, and automation-led transformation models.
