Full Stack AI Training Developer

The workYou will build and maintain web applications while helping prepare and evaluate data used to train AI models. The work covers user interfaces, back-end services, relational databases, coding tasks, benchmarks, and reinforcement learning workflows. You will use modern AI coding tools to work efficiently while keeping code and datasets clean, reliable, and well structured. Build responsive, accessible front ends with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Develop Node.js back-end services and connect them to SQLite and PostgreSQL databases.Create high-quality AI training tasks and assess their quality against benchmarks.Prepare data and support reinforcement learning and other AI model training workflows.Use AI coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude while reviewing the quality of the results.Turn requirements into working features, training tasks, and structured datasets.What it pays and takesThis is an intermediate-level contractor role with part-time status.
