The company is backed by an ambitious founding team and is focused on developing next-generation AI experiences that are intelligent, personalized, and seamlessly integrated into daily life. They're looking for a talented Member of Technical Staff (AI Engineering) to join the core engineering team and help shape the company's AI capabilities from the ground up. What You'll Work On: • Build and ship AI-agent experiences involving LLMs, tool use, model orchestration, and conversational interfaces. • Develop long-term memory, retrieval, and contextual intelligence systems. • Create personalized AI features, including intelligent summaries, contextual insights, and proactive recommendations. • Design and optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and agent performance. • Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver intuitive, reliable, and engaging AI experiences. • Take end-to-end ownership of AI features from prototype to production. What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building AI-native consumer products. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, memory systems, and model evaluation. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience deploying production AI applications. • Excellent product intuition and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with significant ownership. • Genuine interest in personal AI, intelligent agents, and emerging AI technologies.
