Who You Are You have: • 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies • A CS degree from a top university • Strong product sense • High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN Growth: Our engineers drive the company. What You'll Do • Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows. • Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions. • Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture. You're excited to work in-person, talk to customers, and drive the development of the next frontier of AI tools. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
