You'll develop applications, automate workflows, and create tools that support investment and business teams.Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain internal applications, dashboards, and data tools. • Develop AI-powered workflows to automate research, reporting, and business processes. • Leverage AI coding tools to improve efficiency and develop new solutions. • Work with Python, databases, and CRM platforms to improve data quality and accessibility. • Collaborate with business and investment teams to identify opportunities for innovation. • Create scalable tools and automated processes that improve day-to-day operations.Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in software development, AI, data analytics, or financial services. • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with AI tools. • Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding platforms preferred. • Exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Git is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Interest in financial markets and alternative investments. • Bachelor's degree required.Candidates should be prepared to showcase projects, applications, or AI-powered workflows they have developed.Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
