About the Role RCTECH Solutions Inc and Dhanam Cloud Computing is building next-generation AI-powered Enterprise Data Management solutions for global customers. We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with deep expertise in cloud platforms and enterprise data management. This role is part of our Offshore Research & Development Lab in Dindigul, where you will design, develop, and build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and intelligent agents that can be leveraged across multiple customer engagements and internal products. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on innovation, product development, and applied AI. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications and reusable frameworks.Build intelligent AI agents using modern LLM technologies and agentic AI frameworks.Develop enterprise-grade solutions for:Data IntegrationData QualityMaster Data Management (MDM)Data GovernanceMetadata ManagementData CatalogData ObservabilityCreate AI accelerators that automate data engineering and governance tasks.Develop cloud-native applications on AWS.Build REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend services.Integrate AI models with enterprise data platforms.Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise knowledge.Fine-tune prompts and implement prompt engineering best practices.Develop reusable components for internal AI platforms.Work closely with architects and customer-facing consultants to convert business problems into AI solutions.Research emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities.Contribute to product innovation for Dhanam Cloud's AI initiatives.
